Envy is too strong. Lengthen Recharge to 30. Lengthen duration to 10 seconds. maybe?
No to Apathetic Removal. I like the fact that you can't remove weapon spells. Add's a new effect to the game.
Another enchant removal for a mesmer?
Make Headache an elite.
Don't know about ether...
*Just some of my opinions.* Waiting to hear other opinions also.

the weapon skills are too spefic... i dont have a place on my bar for an anti spefic char class skill (and even then if they have any weapon skills).
Guilty Consience - its not worth 15 energy to remove a enchantment. Also note it is not efficent to spend more energy than you can suck out of sombody... as you will be out of energy before your target is.
Headache - cool it's about time a mesmer can remove a stance... but yea its over powered perhaps a damage reduction... and how about lowering the recharge time to 20 sec - most stances recharge quick.
Nefarious Ether - i like the skill recharge mechanic i dont know of any skill like this yet... i think it could work if you remove the hex part and condition of 50% health
Nefarious Ether: Elite Spell En:5/Cst:2/Rchrg:20
Target foe and all nearby foes take 3...15 damage for each skill they have that is recharging.

Realm of Fiery Doom
Hmm...
I've agree with the weapon skills being to specific, and I also think Headache should be elite/nerfed a little(or a lot) - compare the damage and energy cost with [skill]Energy Burn[/skill]
But other than that, go for it.

Redone with your suggestions implemented. More suggestions are welcome.

I don't think weapon spells should be removable. You can only have one of them on at a time.

How about change Apathetic Removal's functionality a little (weapon spells are unremovable and unstackable, after all). How about making it a hex that makes weapon spells on the target expire faster, instead of trying to remove it instantly?
