Guild Community Chest

A Guild community chest will benefit the game.

It will be similar to the Xunlai Storage, except only be accessible in the Guild Hall, it should be purchased like everything else for 100k, of course. Richer members can leave free giveaways for poorer members in the guild. A log can track the last 10 or 5 members who accessed the chest. There can be optional features like chest announcement window, or some type of raffle/lottery option.

This will give more incentives for folks to join a guild and be more involved in their guilds.

Of course abuse will be a problem and I haven't thought in details of it yet, so anyone with ideas are welcome to respond. But overall, I believe the benefits will far outweigh drawbacks.
