A req 9, 13% in stance purple crystalline, worth anything? doesn't have any mods on it, should I add some?

The elite tomes i have seen selling is going for around 15K - but since they are really new and rare (for a few day anyway) you might be able to get more.
the crysta - what is the damage mod: +13%^50%, +13% w. stance/enchant?
- if its +13% (with no negative at all) its worth a lot of ecto, but then you must have had it for a looooong time, because they stopped dropping ages ago!
