Here are my guesses for reasonable buyout targets. FWIW, you're more likely to get responses if you ask for PC's on fewer items at a time and are more specific about the items in the title.

1) 5-10k
2) no idea, check green stickies?
3) 15-25k, not at all sure
4) don't know about shadow bows, sorry. they've always seemed to me like more supply than demand, though. Lots of FoW chest runners these days.
5) same as 4
6) maybe 15-20k, but I think you'll have an easier time selling the wrap for 10kish
7) 40kish, maybe higher. It's a popular skin for a death staff and req 9.
8) maybe up to 5k, they're not real popular anymore. Were it mine, I'd salvage the adept head.
9) 30kish I think. Takes time to find buyers for those, but they are rare and they have their fans out there. They dye well, too.
