Got this in HoH a while back. As far as I know, you can't get an inscribable one anywhere else (is that correct?) Absolutely no clue as to what it's worth, so even a rough estimate would be appreciated.

With the following insc. swordsmanship 20%, lengthens bleeding, something i can't remember. and i bought it for 1.5k. so this is actually alot more worth? or you're really wrong
