PC: lieutenant's insignia

i'm asking because i haven't actually seen this drop till now. I tried the rune trader but it said "price unknown" so just throwing it out there for u guys

I was wondering the same thing about that. I've gotten one too and nobody knows.

They come and go sporadically at rune trader, there are a lot of them floating around and they still drop ofc.

I think they were around 5k last time they were at trader.
