Here is yet another WTB post. I suppose I should organize them all into one great big post, but I have no use for one giant post just yet.
What I am looking for now is this:
I need a req7 tactics shield 16 armor, of virtually any skin. I would prefer a pretty or rare skin.
I would prefer it to be inscribable, but if it is not inscribable, I would like it to be the following statistics:
+30 health always (required)
-3 damage vs hexed OR -2 in stance OR -2 enchanted OR +10 armor vs slashing
