PC on 2 dead swords

I've been trying to sell them for lower part of the PC but not a soul wants them unless they are perfectly modded

Any ideas on what should i expect on them?

Mod edit: Don't give bad PC's and then try to buy at same time. Period.

Price for dead swords has dropped due massive farming and markets are full of these.

Req10 is around 30k~, bit more or less depending on luck.
Req9 would be around 40k-50k~
