My account was recently hacked, and I lost a good deal of wealth, all accounted for roughly equaling 800k in gold, dyes, runes, mats, etc.
This got me thinking, would extra security measures, say, a PIN for storage (works(ed) extremely well in Runescape) to help us keep our hard-earned (or in some cases, ebayed) cash and items safe from the malign, be practical? Discuss.
Security Measure?

not if it was a button-style instead of keyed entry, and I'm not sure how I was hacked. I keep my computer as secure and clean as I possibly can, and no one knows my account information. My account is tied to my school email, so the theory is that there is someone on campus who hacked me through the network.

With the limits on carrying capacities and storage (even with the upgrade) there is no way you can guarantee this will prevent accounts getting hacked.
Therefore the extra time and effort, to code and to use in game, for little to no improvement in security doesn't warrant this kind of change.
