I'm going to guess 15-20k+, not real sure tho. Blue q8's are hard to price. I would think the low req in Fast Casting would have nice practical advantages to a lot of Mesmer builds, but Mesmer stuff is hard to sell. Mesmers get no love ... well, at least not enough to make their nifty gear worth lots.
