[Build Request] Jayne Forestlight with an A/E (Solo Farming)

I have an A/E and i need a build and a technique to kill her if it's possible. Please, answer me, i need the Vera Hammer and thanks.

I believe an A/E Shadowform sliver armor sin could do this, correct me if I'm wrong though.

An A/E shadow form silver armor should work, I've done it a few times (mainly because I was bored). The trickiest part is running there; I usually go the "back way" (which passes the area in which the eternal grove mission takes place. Also, I think it partially depends on how many ritualist wardens are in Jayne's group; if there are too many you won't be able to kill him even though his armor sucks.

I haven't tried this since HM came out, but it might be easier since his entire group will attack faster, triggering sliver armor pretty often.

e/a works for sure with jayne, just have to watch out if she's not near to any ranger or warrior, as sliver likes to hit these two more often that jayne herself. the "back way" with some dragon mosses and kiririns is very good, just needs to use dark escape first, then stop next to afflicted burning place, then dark escape + death's charge on group coming your way and stop at the "top" near jayne.

I use to do this boss and scareater in same run. I use A/E shadow + sliver. The thing is that you have to get use to teleporting to her. The best way I figured to do it is to make sure you have the warriors aggro around you then shadow step to her because if any warrior are around her at the time you sliver, the sliver will get focused on them. Pretty easy once you get use to it.

Perseverance is key here, she seems to drop Vera a lot less often than she drops Jayne's Staff. It's worth it though, great looking hammer with nice stats.

I managed to kill Jayne with the A/E build on wiki, but it is a little tricky to run there and have sliver armor target Jayne. You might also need to change around the damage skills a little because she can be tough to kill.

note: i use obsidian flame to add some more dmg and finish her off; and sometimes it is ok to take crystal wave or so, the + dmg won't hurt you, and you actually need only shadow form, dark escape, deaths charge and shadow of haste from non dmg related skills to kill her.

btw. red13xx's tactics is really great one, but remember to have sf already on when aggroing warriors, else the mesmer can interrupt it and make you fail one run :P
