Allow Skill Template Transfer Window to display runes.

As of now, when you send a templet into chat, by either Ctrl+Click on your skillbar or using the "Manage Templates" button in the skill window, the Template Transfer Window does not display runes.

An example would be, if I sent my 1337 W/Mo build it would show up as:

[1337 Wammo's Skills]
Strength: 12 Healing Prayers: 8 Tactics: 0

[skill]Frenzy[/skill][skill]Healing Signet[/skill][skill]Mending[/skill]


However, my warrior build uses runes, so those attributes are not correct. I actually have 16 Strength, 8 Healing and 1 Tactics.

So, I would like to see:

[1337 Wammo's Skills]
Strength: 12 + 3 + 1 Healing Prayers: 8 Tactics: 0 + 1

[skill]Frenzy[/skill][skill]Healing Signet[/skill][skill]Mending[/skill]

So I can at least see runes.

I honestly see no reason why this should not be implimented.

/signed its bothers me when i try to send a build to a friend and the runes arent there. the build does play different with out the runes.
