Title says it all. I decided to make special topic only for missions in Hard Mode. Put your experience, problems and such stuff here, so it can be useful if someone from ANet will have a look here...
missions that i played or i know about:
ELONA - some guys from our ally already got their Guardian Title, they didnt mention any troubles
CANTHA - I already did Vizunah Square, Naphui, Tahnaki, Sinjuang, Unwaking Waters and Shiro with ally team...
only Vizunah Square was little bit trouble making, afflicted are really nasty there + lot of them
Eternal Grove (with ally team)- really nasty here, just too many of afflicted guys there, and if try to split to guard both gates they just wiped us out... gonna to try this with another team build, but maybe this one should be changed little bit
TYRIA - I tried to hench Northern Wall once, I wasn´t succesfull, gonna to try it later
Ruins Of Surnia - PUGged it 3 times, always lost thnx to Rurik LEEEEROOOY skill :s
Frost Gate (ally team)- no problem with one monk...

Vizunah: Got to teh third room once and were doing fine until the Ritualist trio waddled down the stairs at the back and started ressing everything.
Raisu: No problems here. Me taking echo to echo Celestial Storm helped a bit. Was nice to have 30 seconds to use another one after using the first one on teh boss. Masters first time in 21 Mins
Imperial Sanctum: This was different to normal mode?
Ruins of Surmia: Can anyone point at Rurik and shout "YOU NOOB"? We killed everything (or so we thought) before letting rurik through. SOMEHOW Rurik managed to backtrack a little bit without us realising and aggro YET MORE Charr. >.< Dunkoro only just managed a Shield of Regeneration on hom before he died.

Great Northern Wall: me and my mates, luckily one of them was a dervish with avatar of Balthazar XD YEY for movement speed boost.
Minister's Cho's Estate: a breeze, same mate rushed to the minister though without me letting know XD
Zen Daijun: wow, 8 hours of trying, but got it done with german pugs
Imperial Sanctum: 6 ele's with Celestial Storm, need I say more ?

Grand Court... easy as hell, barely seemed harder. Completed in 5:42, either we're leet or Anets testers suck! (12 minutes?!).
Dasha... other than needing to bring a little blind/weakness for the Sapphires its not really any harder. If you shut the SF boss down properly anyway.

Tihark Orchard - I thought this would be impossible for me to do on Hard Mode. When I finally tried it out, my NPC allies pretty much wiped out all the harpies by themselves.

+ some optional depending on mission like Arcane Echo, Inspired Hex, Sig of Sorrow,Leech Sig, Necrotic Traversal...
Great Northern Wall:
Party: Inexperienced PUG no problems
Fort Ranik:
1 Party: Failed
2 Party: Inexperienced PUG. The monk had no hex removal but we got through nevertheless.
Ruins of Surmia:
1 Party: Average PUG. We did bonus then Monk disconnected and Rurik died short before the end.
2 Party; Hero Monk & SF Ele and 1 Player from the former Party.
Meteor Shower got the party below 50% but everyting else was a breeze
Nolani Academy:
Party: Heros SF-Ele Prot-Monk Heal-Monk.
Got some troubles with devourers that popped up in masses when i got back from bonus when i went the other way round.
Everything else was no problem
Borlis Pass:
Party: Average PUG no problems
The Frost Gate:
1 Party: average PUG. We did bonus and died in the end.
2 Party: Hero-Hench: Prot,Heal,Melonni,Orion,Dunham cleaned the area at end before opening the Frost Gate.
Gates of Kryta:
1 Party: Inexperienced PUG+Prot+Heal Heros. No Problem until Hablion died.
2 Party: Hero-Hench:Heal,Prot,SF,Stefan,Little Thom(for double Charge to get faster through it).
Cleaned the area before speaking with Hablion. No Problem.
D'Alessio Seaboard:
This mission was the first that caused some trouble for me.
3 PUG's failed.
2nd time HeroHench i got through.
I think rechargeing before killing the last group before melandrus offerning (which i fetched later) and then immediatly running to Dorian did the trick.
Party Setup: Prot,Heal,SF,Orion,Little Thom. I put in Necrotic Traversal to remove the corpses fast.
Divinity Coast:
Party: Average PUG: 2 Times failed because someone activated the attacks on the villagers to soon.
3rd time successfull. I think the monks should be the first to reach the villagers after activating the attack.
The Wilds: Average PUG. Failed at the beginning. After some players tuned their builds it was easy.
Bloodstone Fen:
Average PUG with only one good monk. no problems.
Aurora Glade:
Very good PUG.
The guys killed the Demagogue in seconds while a Ranger Runner took care of the cristals and i was just looking with open mouth.
Never saw it done so fast.
Riverside Province:
Same very good PUG.
Carefull luring made this very easy.
Sanctum Cay:
Good PUG.
After doing Bonus we pulled the pile of White Mantle with a longbow but it was to much for us.
Without bonus with the same Party it was easy.
