Fire dmg: 11-22 (Requires 12 Fire Magic)
Energy +5 (while Hexed)

2. Defensive Bone Staff of Fortitude
Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 20%)
Energy +10
Cold dmg: 11-22 (Requires 10 Death Magic)
Halves casting times of Curses spells (Chance: 20%)
Armor +5
Health +30

Okay now that I can see stats:

1. Merchant food, single bad energy mod.
2. Mixed req & somewhat common skin, 5k-10k~/Salvage in my opinion, quite depending if you find someone who doesn't care about the mixed req.
