I never really liked Attuned was, not until i came across Renewing Memories. I came up with this and have been running it as a pressure reliever (sounds like an ad for painkillers) in hardmode.

Maintain Renewing Memories as much as possible while holding the Songkai ashes, this will give you a 70% reduction in energy cost for weapon spells (Hence the reason i chose two 10e Weapon Spells) and spam Soothing memories around as much as possible, since its actually energy gain under Songkai (not to mention a decent heal).
Wielders Boon REALLY flourishes in this build with its 1/4 cast time and reduced cost, and with free (ish) long lasting weapon spells, the conditions are not hard to meet at all for the extra boost in healing power.
Maintain Renewing Memories as much as possible
Make sure to activate Attuned was Songkai and Serpents Quickness at the same time
Use Sooting Memories whenever recharged

Nice idea! I like that we're both using the Weapon of Warding / Resilient combination in Hard Mode, it's good to see that other people are smart enough to recognize the protection benefits of Weapon Spells!
I run a bit of a different build, though, using Life, Offering of Spirit, Protective was Kaolai, and Mend Mody and Soul for two additional party-heals and a condition removal, as well as the energy boost ('cause I luuurrrvvvee Offering of Spirit). I'll definitely try your version out though, it looks pretty good! I like the fact that it's mobile and doesn't get hit with the slow-down of pre-casting spirits in order to be effective.
If I were you though, and if you don't find yourself running out of energy, I'd consider taking Soothing Memories out for a more powerful heal like Mend Body and Soul. Yes, you don't get the added condition removal, but you'll heal for about 20 points more and have a slightly lower cast time. Plus, if other people in your party run spirits (Ranger, Ritualist) you'll be able to hit the trigger and get some much-needed condition removal.
I like it, though! You and I both still have that hex-removal problem, hah, but what's a Ritualist to do about that? I like your idea, though, I'll give it a shot tonight when I play.

Nifty, but if you really want a pile of weapon spells, wouldn't [skill]wielder's zeal[/skill] end up giving you more energy? Renewing memories has a painfully low duration, so it's really only worthwhile if you're really spamming out the weapon spells, a la weapon of remedy.

I actually ran Mend Body & Soul instead of Soothing memories by accident while vanquishing Marga Coast and it worked fine, however i'd still take an extra 3 energy over an extra 20 healing power

To be honest, i'd rather patch them up with Resilient Weapon than remove them and just get on with it ><

I played around with this, and it works well enough, but renewing memories just doesn't last long enough to provide much energy in this build. With a 17 second duration, and the weapon spells having 5 second recharges, you're unlikely to get more than 3-4 casts off, which is a net energy gain of 4-7 energy over 20 seconds. It's still around 1 pip of regen, which is nice, but I'm unsure that it's worth a slot.

this is pretty cool! I've never really thought of using Renewing Memories before, but i might have to try it! too bad that 70% couldn't be with WoR in your bar too =( oh well
