by my counting (which is kinda poor).. 290, 291 if you count the lightbringer signet..

another EDIT: junundu siege.. (man, my countings amazing ¬¬)

290 Elites through the three series plus one additional Lightbringer Elite.

30 core elites ,
60 prophecies elites,
90 factions elites ,
111 nightfall elites (including lightbringer signet)
so that's 291 elites total, those count for the skill hunter titles
plus one elite that doesnt: junundu siege

leaves us with 292 goldtrimmed skills, so far...

Titles count 291, minus Junundu Siege. So that's 292.

Sorry it doesnt count. Neither does the Lightbringer Gaze. I am a Lengendary and have the following. Elona 141/Canthia 120/Tyria 90 that is 351 . That is directly off my title page.

Elonian and Cantha titles are bugged, I personally counted 291.

Your information is incorrect. While Junundu Siege does not count, Lightbringers gaze indeed does count. Perhaps, you should scroll up the page to find the proof.

Actually, his information IS correct. Lightbringer's Gaze does not count. It's not an elite skill. Lightbringer Signet, however, IS an elite skills and does count.

Additionally, he's the first one in this thread to add up the skills correctly, IF you're counting the numbers required to receive the titles... as some of the posters here were doing. It's 351, not 291. However, that's not technically a correct answer to the OP's question, as Llint noted.

As a matter of fact, the 30 core elite skills are included in each title count (it's not a bug Llint). So the core elite skills are actually counted thrice in the total title count. If you only count them once, the total elite skills then is indeed 292 because Junundu Siege is indeed an elite skill whether it counts toward a title or not.

They're not exactly bugged, it's just that the core skills, which you can cap on any continent, count to all the titles if I'm not mistaken. There are 30 core skills, so that means you add up the amount of elites in all the titles, and substract 60 for the cores in elona and Cantha, which leaves you with 141+120+90-60=291
