I finished the Factions campaign, but for Prophecies, I'm not finished, so I finish Hell's Precipice (that's the last mission of Prophecies) and be level 20, then I would access hard mode then right?

Yep. Once you've unlocked it once, it's unlocked for all your characters that are level 20.

Not sure if skipping the Jungle missions will give you access to HM, despite you finishing the final mission. Let us know how it goes, please?
