Well I have a very close match on a shield. If you are only seeking perfects in all stats then it won't do, but the req was the only thing you put an "ONLY" on so here goes :

Stone Summit Shield
req 8 tactics
+10 v fire
+29 HP (yup - this is the imperfection).

Bought it way back when +10 v fire was rare, so not going to be asking the 100K + many ecto I paid for it back then. If you are interested you can make an offer - my thoughts are that 50K is probably a good mark nowadays.
