Asura Mini-Pet Keycode issues

I have had a terrible time trying to get my PC Gamer Code to work.

The one from the magazine gave me a err=011 code saying incorrect password. So I got in touch with them and they sent me a new code. Same thing. After a second email they gave me 3 more codes to try and viola nothing, all 3 say incorrect password. So now they are giving up on me.

Has anyone else had this problem, if so how did you get your pet.

Um, are you putting the key in the right place and not where you're supposed to enter your password?

I am putting it in the add access key to account area.

you are adding this as a new CODE to your account yes? its a code not a password. Simply press on the new key code link on the log in screen and follow the instructions to add the code to your account. However if this is what you are doing then in unsure why it isnt working. Your best bet would be to mail Anet and tell them your troubles.

Code 11 does indeed seem to be for passwords
I really don't see how you could get that error if you didn't put it in the password field. After you click add key, it asks for your password then you can enter the key. If you're absolutely sure you're entering it in the right field, then it's a bug and you'll have to talk with PlayNC support.

This is where I smack my head and go "Doh". I was stupid enough to forget that when I click on add access key it wants my account password before it takes me to the key screen. LOL, thx anyway guys.

i am an honest person, so i will delete the email that contained them.

Or give them to guildies/friends as gifts. You won't be able to use more than one per account anyway
