97% and no more?

My prohpicies char who didn't even explore ALL of elona got 100% but my ranger who is elonian is having loads of trouble.

Followed livingstons guide and managed to get from 96.9 to 97.1 but I can find no more :S Been crawling day in day out and to no aviel, Can somone help me? I really can't see where I went wrong ¬.¬ Nada!
