Flourish {Elite} - Skill
All of your attack skills become recharged. You gain 1-6 Energy for each skill recharged by Flourish (strength Requirement)
Was looking at Fluorish and of course the problem is that there are not that many warrior attack skills that take a long time to recharge. However, was wondering if it recharges all attack skills including pet attacks. Maany of the powerful pet attack skills take 10-15 seconds to recharge, so Flourish could rock with those. Thinking of a build like, where you keep getting energy and using beast skills. Low on defence and no self healing is a bit of a problem. maybe put weapon attributes in marksmanship and stay at a distance
Charm Animal
Comfort Animal
Flourish
Call of Protection
Savage Pounce 5 energy
Poisonous Bite 5 energy
Feral Lunge 5 enregy
Beastial Mauling 5 energy
12 Beast
12 Strength
Rest in Sword or axe or hammer
EDIT - Pump up beast mastery to 15 or 16. Strength at 5 +3 +1 gives 5 energy for each recharging skill
Against Casters, combo of Savage pounce and Bestial Mauling will have them knocked down and dazed. Feral and Posionous and they have 7 health degen.
Carry a +5 energy axe and/or a +5 energy shield (or a +12 energy offhand to provide the energy to pump flourish when needed)
Basically, you could just cycle the attacks Savage, Bestial, Feral, Poisonous Flourish repeat, all the while wacking away with bow, sword or whatever you have put the extra points into. Between Degens, pet damage (every attack a skill) and basic weapon damage I would imagine you could put on a good sustained DPS.

You're energy isn't offset by expertise, so I would imagine you would always have energy problems.

5e on a 10s recharge, so let's investigate the rest of your attacks.
The use of your bar is base of 25, so with Glads armor you could just barely run the build with warrior energy base, yet anyone of experience would just kill your pet.
You, essentially are no threat, and as a warrior, you CAN'T bring BM to 16.
You're putting yourself, as a warrior, in a poor situation. Leave the pet usage to the pros-the rangers. Yet, if you really want to use Flourish, maybe look into using a hammer or axe build that uses skills like these:
[skill=card]Critical Chop[/skill][skill=card]Distracting Blow[/skill][skill=card]Cyclone Axe[/skill][skill=card]Power Attack[/skill][skill=card]Flourish[/skill]
The attacks are fast at the end, but you will surely get the energy from 3 of the 4 attacks.
[skill=card]Irresistible Blow[/skill][skill=card]Staggering Blow[/skill][skill=card]Heavy Blow[/skill][skill=card]Crushing Blow[/skill][skill=card]Flourish[/skill]
In the example hammer build, you would get the energy and recharge from 2 of the 4 attack skills. My point is that Flourish, though useable for pet attacks, just isn't as practical as staying in the warrior line.
