Elementalist
frojack
Also doable with Elementalists for those without 55 monks. No extra equipment required (barring a 20% enchantment stave) and an average hp bar will do.
Earth Magic 8+1+3
E storage 7+1
Healing Prayers 8
Smiting Prayers12
Signet of Mystic Wrath
Reversal of Damage
Restful Breeze
GoLE
Shield of Judgement
Stoneflesh Aura
Kinetic Armour
Watchful spirit
This will basically take you up to The Black Curtain. Upon entering which you will find the opposition somewhat hard to kill.
The Signet is for moving things along faster (an easy 200 damage) also saves you from re-using SoJ on the mob left overs. Reversal of Damage is for keeping Kinetic alive (and avoiding spike damage from Desecrate Enchantments). Restful Breeze is far better than Breeze for this build surprisingly. Watchful spirit is there to counter degen. In all honest it's a free slot. Don't need energy management here (again a surprise) so no Essence Bond or Balthazar's,
but there is a lot of degen here (Mesmers, Rangers, Hell hounds).
Your only real danger here is the Necrid Horsemen. They use Desecrate which hurts if left unchecked. Kill them as the top priority. Second is the Worlock's. Not much trouble on a good day, but they can stick Death Nova on their minions so you gotta be careful. Also stay away from mobs with monks. Takes way too long to be worth the trouble. That's about it. Have fun. It's easier with a 55 monk but we aren't all so fond of them
My Original Build
First up let me just say I'm pretty damn awful at making builds almost as bad as i am writing about them, and I know that this build will probably be much betterd.
Here are the skills I use (Sorry, I don't know how to use skill icons):
Protective Spirit
Healing Breeze
Shield Of Judgement
Bane Signet
Blessed Signet
Mending
Balthazars Spirit
Watchfull Spirit

This is a 55hp build if you could not tell.
It's the same place as the old elementalist farm, outside of bergen hot springs. The undead here seem to drop Sephis Axes alot. I have probably had about 7 sephis axes, and have only farmed here about 5 times (not all max damage of course). One of these sephis axes was a Gold max damage req 13.
This is an image of the very first propper run I did:
It's a very simple farm, simply set up your maintained enchantments, cast Protective Spirit and Healing Breeze, the cast Shield Of Judgement and watch them fall, keeping up healing breeze and protective spirit all the time. Because your enemies are undead they will take double damage from your SoJ, at 16 smiting prayers this is 106 damage.
I use bane signet for the sorcerers as they're can take a bit longer to kill as they aren't always wanding you. Also, mesmers here are very friendly in that they dont have any enchantment strips, but they do have some degen skills, so if you're going to agro a bunch of mesmers and rangers I reccomend dying and equipping a -20 hp Protective Icon giving you 13hp. This way you can survive their onslaught (Rangers have Poison and disease...I think.)
As you can see this is only really a good farm for sephis axes as nothing else nice really drops here, I've never had a gold rune, but I have had about 3 or 4 gold dead bows.
I think that's it, you should really try it for yourself, one last thing, gold dead bows seems to be quite common here I've had one nearly every run, so this could also be a nice source for Wisdom Title Track?
Some Examples of Drops
Hell Raiser:
"Over the past few days, more so during the weekend (not all drops)"
Aplha Moth:
"A few hours"
Snype:
