Um, not real sure on the salient sword. I wouldn't think the sword alone is worth much more than the enchant grip. I haven't noticed those are very popular, but I do think they're at least a rare drop. Get more opinions.

On the shield, I say salvage for the endurance handle. I find it hard to sell lotus shields even in q9.
