They're fairly rare, but they don't seem to catch on the way the boneclaw staffs did in terms of inscribable death magic staffs (the wailing staff skin first showed up in Factions though.)

I've sold ones similar to that in the 30-50k range before, but it always takes me a while. If you're looking to sell fast, lower the price.
