Need PC on a Clouded Maul with a strange inherent and a SoTW

Health Regeneration -1 (??) never seen this before, looked on PC baseline, wasn't there
Life Stealing: 5
Health Regeneration -1
Health +30



*Shield of The Wing
Armour 16: (req. 8 tactics)
Recieved Physical Damage -2 (While in a stance)
Recieved Physical Damage -2 (While enchanted)

Help would be much appreciated on these two items, and thanks in advance I couldnt get together a screenshot but i have made the description as accurate as i can. tanks again in advance!

1. what's the req? -1 health degen items are hard to sell besides for suicide weapons

2. 100k+

No idea on the clouded maul, but that is a rare and popular skin for hammers.

Not to disagree with Mr. PC up there, but "100k+" could be WAY +. I've seen quite a few people wanting low req tactics shields with dual -2 mods like that. And SotW is an old-school cool, rare skin. Start the bids at 100k and see how many ecto buyers are willing to add to the price.
