PC r9 Great Axe w thought to be dead mod

Ok well i got this Axe dropped Today with the mods you see. I could be wrong but I thought they killed this mod along time ago. Any help with price or if im wrong on mod would help thanks

It's the unconditional damage mods that no longer drop - yours there is conditional, the -1 health regen effect. The mod is rare, but it does still drop, as do ones with -1 energy regen.

As for the axe itself, I'm thinking 50k or less, but these are hard to price. There are folks out there that collect stuff like this. The rare mod and the req are nice, but I'm not sure that's a very popular skin.

Luny is correct with regards to the mods, however imo this axe will struggle to go over 20k, the skin is highly undesired. As is , the albeit rare, inherent.

The only thing people may want this for is its ability to make a -2 health regen weapon.
