I'm guessing merch/salvage to 5k. It's a rather common skin, the holy staff, and I've never seen a big demand for them. The mixed DF req/smiting bonus make it even harder to sell.
The head may be worth 3-5k, the wrap ... less than 5k but not sure. Neither are real popular mods.
