PC on Eternal Flame Wand of Memory

I want to make sure I have my info right. The rare weapon price guide lists a req 9 Eternal Flame Wand at 30-50k. I have the following:

Eternal Flame Wand of Memory
11-22 Light Damage (req 9 Healing Prayers)
Halves recharge of Healing Prayer Spells (20%)
Inscription: "Sieze the Day!"
Energy +15
Energy Regeneration -1

As my Monk is set on weapons, I plan on selling this on the Auction page. Would I be smart to set minimum at 30k, no reserve, and a high buy now (100k)? If anyone wants this item, please let me know before I post it on auction.

Anyone have info of value to help me out? I don't know if the price guide is still accurate, or if the mods on it make it worth more/less. Is 30k a price people will pay for this item, is it too much, too little? What is the value of my item based on the current market?

Was this an item nobody knows anything about, or did I just pick a bad weekend to ask? Does it normally take more than 2 days to get a response? According to the price guide, it is worth 30-50k. I assumed that it would be a decent item for rarity, but I also assumed there would be people who have sold them or seen them sold.
