Loss of Guild Faction

This may be the wrong place to put this but my posts never show up in the bugs section.

I know that you lose x% faction per day. Whats happening to me and a couple other guildies is,

This morning we had 171k faction. I donate 10k faction. We end up with 161k
171 +10 = 161? So then about 2 hours later we lose our x% so we now have 148k faction. When we donate its usually early like an hour or 2 before the % faction comes out. This has happened a few times. Truly we should have over 200k faction but got glitched out of it. Anyone else have this problem?

it is happening to others as well i started a thread in the bug section on this.

I tried to do that but my posts in the bug section never show up.
