Adding Keys Question

I own all three games, and am thinking about buying two more character slots so I can have all of the professions available. But I was also considering buying a collector's edition, so I can get all of the cool stuff. So, two questions:

1. If I bought a collector's edition for either Nightfall or Factions, would it add two more character slots?

2. If I bought a collector's edition for either Nightfall or Factions, would it update my assassin's and ritualist's or paragon's and dervish's dance to the special dance emote? Or would it just remain the same as it was before?

The free slot came with the NF pre-release bonus pack. If you can find one for sale, it would probably cost as much if not more than the on-line store item.

^Actually, you can't use the Nightall pre-release packs anymore. All the keys had an expiration date sometime in December I believe. So if you didn't register one before then, you never will.
