The staff, I'd say 20-30k+. You can craft them, but they're tricky to find in gold.
The shield, I'd say 30-40k, maybe more, as a b/o target. Those are popular right now. I don't think Defenders have a skin difference blue vs. gold. I find a surprising number of people don't mind blue or purple if it's a nice skin, low req, max armor and inscribable.
