Guessing 50kish on the oni - get more opinions, though.
Well, all pre-HM, I saw Istani Shields as low as 50k and as high as 200k in gold q9, guru auctions and threads. I'm fond of the skin myself (they dye so well,) so I lean towards the high side to part with my spare. Only time will tell if we start seeing a lot more of them from Istan in hard mode, but I don't think they were ever all that common a drop even in non-max versions.
