I'd like to get a ballpark estimate on what a perfect wand and offhand from nightfall would cost with these stats.

Wand- 11-22 q9
HCT Healing Prayers 20%
HSR Healing Prayers 20%

Offhand
EN +12 (q9)
Healing Prayers +1 (20%)
Health +30

There are really no good or bad wand or offhand skins to make much of a difference, so I'd just like a ballpark estimate on what this would cost.
