GW site says "you will find special Birthday Cupcakes during your adventures as well as through ticket exchange"

anyone seen any drop yet?

Gaile just stated they will have another build come out for the cupcakes to drop. I caught the end of the gaile talk right before she stated she was going to go judge the design a weapon contest.
