I would say change that to a 15^50 and +30 health for a warriors. You probably could sell 100k +XX ectos if you wanted to like that

1. it's not max, unless that's a typo. 6-28 is max for axes, not 6-20.
2. if you are selling something, spending money on mods generally is a dumb thing to do no matter what.
3. 20-30k max is probally what you'd get unless it's actually 6-28, not 6-20. A non-max weapon will not get much.

It's a casters weapon...casters dont give a crap about how much damage they do unless they are n00bs who run up and actually attack with it. It is not max but it shouldn't matter.

Well, I'd say more like 15-25k. High req max ones can be had for 40-50k lately. At 6-20 damage, req 8 is pretty high.
Yes, it's set up as a "caster axe." It's also an inscribable, non-max axe. With inscribables, you can set any axe up as a caster axe, it doesn't change the fact that it's not max and therefore, worth a lot less on the open market most of the time.
It's a noob caster that pays the same amount for a non-max inscribable axe as they would for a max one.
And modding stuff for sale usually doesn't raise the price enough over clean to cover the cost of the mods. Hope you didn't spend much on those mods.
