Um, on the offhand - I can't imagine you'll get much at all for that, maybe 10kish from a q7 collector. Even with 0 points in energy storage, holding that will still give you +1 energy total, so I don't see it as very functional. I'm assuming it's max and non-inscribable. Single modded offhands aren't all that popular, and I don't know what you mean by calling it perfect.

As to the lack of response for PC's ... well, it's guru. It's volunteer. PC demand has always outpaced PC supply. If it troubles you so, why not step up and help PC stuff?
