Consume
Signet
Unlinked Profession
1/4sec cast, 5 sec recharge
Signet. If target enemy has 5% hp or less, the target is destroyed and you gain double EXP and a boost in a random attribute of your professions. This skill may not be used on story based bosses (i.e. Lich), animals, minions or targets with a lower level than you. This is a PvE only skill.
I noticed my PvE characters lack skill points for some reason, even though I almost never settle for standard rewards in missions. I got this idea playing Digital Devil Saga. In the game, killing an opponent is not advised, instead you are continuously encouraged to "consume" them in order to gain more EXP. Since the target is about to die anyway(even by wanding) you may was well seize the moment and get a lucky shot in.
At first the concept looks like a necro thing but since its a sig thats unlinked it could be more like a wind tunnel talisman or something.
Titles can be used too: a title can be made, like "I'm here for the food" or "Waiter, theres a Charr in my soup" after X opponents are eaten.
Thoughts, opinions, flames?

Use scrolls.
They do the exact same thing cheaply and without taking a skill slot

Yeah. Scrolls, bounties, and hard mode FTW. /notsigned
Also, skill point rate is now like triple what it once was in Phrophecies. Quest rewards in NF and Factions give a ton of XP AND those missions have 3 tiers of objectives (and thus 3 skill points per mission) instead of just 2.

Well, how about if it gives you a boost in a random attribute? There would be a (minimum) 1/6 chance you get an attribute you use. If you Consume a target of the same profession your chases of getting a boost in a attribute you use is guaranteed. The number of boosts per attribute would have to be capped of course. And the effect would also last until you reach a town or outpost, like a scroll or moral.
