Should I use: lead->offhand->dual->moebius...
Or: Offhand->dual->mobius...

Plz name the skills that I should use and the recomended hex or enchantment required for them to work.

One more thing: is moebius strike decent for Aliance Battles?

critical defenses -> golden pheonix -> critical strike(or DB) -> mobius -> DB -> mobius -> critical strike when low on energy
