PC on two golds and shield

Hi all. Four items tonight:

Fiery Azure Shortbow of Enchanting
Fire dmg: 15-28 (req. 10)
Enchantments last 19% longer
Inscription: "Too Much Information"
Dmg +15% (vs. hexed foes)

Fiery Break Hammer of Fortitude
Fire dmg: 18-35 (req. 9)
Inscription: "Let the Memory Live Again"
Halves skill recharge of spells (9%)
Health +29

Sun and Moon Shield
Armor: 15 (req. 11 tactics)
Have either a shield handle of devotion (+44 hp while enchanted) or handle of valor (+54 hp while hexed). Which one is better?

Here are my guesses

bow: 10-15kish
hammer: salvage the +29 grip b/c 19-35 is max for a hammer
shield: maybe 20kish? 11 tactics is a hard sell, and sun and moons have come down a lot in price. I doubt either of those handles will improve the sale price - keep them handy and offer the seller his/her choice.

EDIT - oops, missed that it wasn't max! I agree with the polish guy in that case. Might be a few plat for it for someone wanting it for a caster shield, real hard sell though.
