Balthazar is just a waste of ane lite.. Dwayna is okay in RA but why would you run a Spear with that...
AoM + Wearing Spear is the only thing you might do but you can take Recovery + Clarity + -20% weakness shield on a Paragon primary and be able to use 16 Spear Mastery for +42 damage.

Spear grenth used to be fun, ranged enchantment stripping on demand is killer in PvP, but Grenth got toned down so it isn't really worth it any more.
