I don't think the current three-tier status works very well and I would like to see at least one, possibly two, more ranks within a guild. Starting off with three ranks is fine for small guilds but as you get further along in the guild, you begin to realise that not all of your officers are equally useful and you wish you could promote them above each other. Anyone agree?

Main purposes of Officers;
To provide second tier morale within a group
To recruit
To start a GVG/Farm/Organize a activity
Carry out orders from highest tier
Guild Leader basically keeps the party together, provides highest lvl of morale, and passes his concerns/wishes to officers. If people are having problems with the current setup, the highest tier is to blame. Problems usually arise because the highest tier promotes someone who isn't really worthy of being second tier.
