PC on Feathered Longbow and Great Axe

I'd greatly appreciate a pc on these 2 items please:

Crippling Great Axe of Defence
Slashing Dmg: 6-28 (Requires 8 Axe Mastery)
Damage +15(while Health is above 50%)
Lengthens Crippled duration on foes by 33% (Stacking)
Armor +5

Zealous Feathered Longbow of Defence
Piercing Dmg: 15-28 (Requires 8 Markmanship)
Damage +15 (while in a Stance)
Energy gain on hit: 1
Energy regeneration: -1
Armor +5

the axe looks good dont mod it tho if they really want one theyll mod it themselfs. if i were paying for one like that like about 30-40k around there for wat it is now but that just me
