Idea for one of the upcoming Wintersday event Hats: Fez

Of all the hats that have been given out during special events, my characters all favor the Jester's hat from the most recent Wintersday event. It can be worn at any time throughout the year and for any occasion.

In the same vein my characters would like one of the new hats for the upcoming Wintersday to be a Fez.

It is a simple cap which is often red and often comes with a tassel.
Those who may watch old movies might remember seeing them on certain characters when they were *relaxing*. Think: Sydney Greenstreet in Casablanca, and Dr Watson from Sherlock Holmes. These hats are also parts of certain military uniforms. One notable example being the Elite Zouave Units of French Military and The American Civil War. You might also have seen the "Shriners Club" members wear them as they participate in a parade in your town.

I just think they might be a fun addition to the cache of hats that evokes an air of relaxation and fun.

A bit early for winterfest but sounds like a pretty good idea.

since there still many month bfore the next winterfest, and you never know, some one might come up with a btter idea

Everyone love those hats, but... remember that hats replace hair.

There would be tons of baldy fez bearers if they don't make it like the Grenth horns.

I had not realized that the hat replaces hair.
However, now that you point it out I have looked at the hats on characters and I see what you mean.

Perhaps they could make it along the lines of Yule caps. I still say it could be done.
