PC on Req10 +5 energy Dead Bow

I didn't know that bows come with inherent +5 energy mods, maybe I'm just ignorant. Was wondering how much this is worth... (not for the skin, but the mod):

Dead Bow (not inscribable)
15-28 (req 10 Marks)
Energy +5 (always)
