I'm after an Ornate Shield with all of the following:
A tactics requirement that is no higher than 6
An AL that is no lower than 14
One mod is okay, if it's max (+30 health, for example) or if it is HCT of any mesmer attribute.
2 mods are obviously preferable.
Blue/Purple is okay if it meets the requirements above, but bonus points for gold.
It's for my weird/fun Me/W tank thing, and needs to be better than the one I'm currently using, which is AL 14 req.6 tactics, received dmg. -1 while enchanted.
Stanced mods are preferable to while enchanted, as I'm not running an IW build.
