They are already considering the Xunlai Market. But it seems they lack the resources to pursue the project, as regina says in her talk page.
But they have absolutely NOT discarded it.
We got the Prophecies endweapons, and the Bonus Mission pack, and the HoM update.
We can definitely get more stuff.

I played another game with a similar system as this. it was called kiosking. a player would sit down and open a kiosk. an advertisement would show above their head letting people in the are know that a person had a kiosk open. this kiosk advertisement could be placed in the party search in a newly creaked kiosk sub-section. u could put like up to 15-20 items up for sale at certainprices for people to come and buy at their leisure. this does however require a person to sit still so it would be more of an afk thing. people couldn't run be running around with a kiosk open.
