Where are the axes?

I see a lot of builds on here and on Guildwiki, but it seems like the vast majority are for swords and hammers.

My primary character is a W/N who specializes in axe mastery, and only uses warrior skills because necro ones aren't reliable enough.

Does anyone know of a good build for Axe W/N's?

I use an Axe build most of the time and I'm usually a /N just for Plague Touch.

I use these skills always on my bar:
[skill]Triple Chop[/skill] [skill]Cyclone Axe[/skill] [skill]Dismember[/skill] [skill]Executioner's Strike[/skill]

Typically I'll combine them skills like these. They vary based on the situation.
[skill]Endure Pain[/skill][skill]Plague Touch[/skill][skill]Healing Signet[/skill][skill]Flurry[/skill][skill]Signet of Strength[/skill][skill]Resurrection Signet[/skill][skill]Shield Stance[/skill][skill]Sprint[/skill][skill]Balanced Stance[/skill]

i usually do [skill]Eviscerate[/skill][skill]Executioner's Strike[/skill][skill]Critical Chop[/skill], combined with an IAS like [skill]Flail[/skill] or [skill]Tiger Stance[/skill] you can take down foes (especially monk foes) realy fast because you deliver a serious damage spike before they can even cast a healing spell

plague touch is indeed thé most obvious necro skill used on melee characters. (apart from grenth's balance in solo builds)

and...erm...you don't have to stick to axe. I always switch between axe and sword, and find that sword has its advantages and axe has its advantages. Personally I think axe is better due to the many AoE skills that swords lack, except for Hundred Blades.

It's kind of hard to switch when you only have a gold axe, and Axe Mastery runes on your armor.

As a general rule of thumb, try to stick your weapon runes on your helmet. It's easier to switch/buy hats than it is to do so for armor, usually.

Also, you can overwrite runes.
If you have an axe rune on your armour piece and want to use a sword one instead, just apply the sword one over the top.
Weapon mastery runes are so cheap these days that you can't really say that this is wasting money.

Yeah, the minor runes are more expensive than the sup ones now.

1 for axe and 1 for sword, (I have also different armour mobs on it.)
The armour set I use depends of the mission and what / like to do.

I recommend getting weapon runes on the gloves, and going with strength/tactics on the helm. Gloves are quite cheap, and it makes sense when you get those special hammer knockdown gloves anyway.

That's a bad recommendation getalifebud.
Weapon runes should always go on helmets due to them having the inherent stackable +1 bonus, that with a superior rune can get you +4 to the attribute that the helmet applies to.
You should have a helmet for every possible situation; I mean one for axe, one for Hammer, one for Strength, one for Swordsmanship and one for Tactics.
Going for gloves because they're "cheap" gimps your build.

1) Sprint/Rush
2) Frenzy
3) Optional
4) Eviscerate
5) Executioner's Strike
6) Optional Attack (Axe rake/twist, penetrating, etc)
7) Heal-Sig or Plague Touch
8) Res

The optional one can be from the necro secondary. You can use plague touch to help with conditions, or something like Strip Enchantments (or Rend but it's riskier) to remove a target's defenses before your spike.
Max the weapon mastery, keep tactics high enough to make heal-sig worth it if you're using it, put the leftovers in the necro attribute for StripEnch (doesn't need much - you're not using it for a heal just to strip), and Strength (enough to get a break-point on sprint/rush).

With warriors using secondaries, stay away from skills that take too much energy and time to cast, and look for ones requiring minimal attribute investment.
