Ernbrecht von Sturmtrutz (as his full name would be, if it wasn't for the length restriction in GW) is the estranged son of a baron from the far north of the realm. He left home at young age after a bad fight with his father, severing his noble roots, travelling the world ever since as a soldier of fortune on a quest of self-fulfilment. Due to his upbringing, he still has the manners and speech fit of a nobleman, but he has lost the aloof attitude. Now, many years later, after having travelled all the known world and having fought on countless battlefields, he has honed his skills, acquired fame and wealth, made powerful friends, indeed has become a remarkable man, but still hasn't found whatever "fortune" he is looking for. So he keeps on searching. Maybe one day he will finally realize what exactly it is, that he is searching for.

Ernbrecht is a "well-to-do hero type", close to the prototype of the valiant hero, the knight in shiny armor. He will always try to do what is right, always try to make the right moral decision. He is a calm and thoughtful person, lacking any overdrawn sense of honour, like it is found so often with types like his. Although being a warrior by trade, he prays rather to Dwayna than to Balthazar.

I'd like you to go for the "valiant hero" look with the picture. Something like him standing on a elevated position, observing over a battlefield, hair and cape flowing in the wind... you get the idea.

Well, I havent been on these threads in few days (say better week :P , just coming in to pop some of my work, but I can see that you've got a lot of commissions, and that's great. I like the way you play with colors, pure and clean, they are... Damn I sounded like Yoda! o O
Anyhow, I liked Rocthoh's warr and realy hoping to see other that are on the way.
Now I'll sit back, take my vodka and enjoy...

Eightyfour-onesevenfive these pics are perfect. I was thinking along similar lines for the pose, the way you kind of emphasized that he was searching for this "fortune" that will bring him a sense of fulfillment. Great. This pic will definitely not have a dark tone to it.

btw...GAAAAAH!!!! These warrior armors are rediculous! I'm going to have to make a seperate "Insane Warrior Armor" rate! But seriously, those dragon shoulder pads are going to be fun to render out.

Blackgate I have a change I would like to make to my commission.
First could you switch me over to color. After seeing Racthoh's picture I have to have a color one too. Second can you put my Rit in FoW armor. I do not want any headgear just the armor. The color of the armor will be your choice.

That's funny Lilith. But I do other stuff well too. Everything isn't always gritty and dark with me! Hopefully your female warrior will open some eyes, eh?

I'm debating between my warrior, my necro or my ritualist. My warrior has that armor you were refering to with the dragon shoulder pads, lol. The thing is, both my warrior and my ritualist have pink armors, and I want the armor to stay pink. The are openly out gay fighters. My necro on the other hand, is darker and scarier.

I don't want you to think I have forgotten about this thread. I haven't.

I think I'm going to post screenies of all 3, and maybe I can get some input from you... and THEN I'll decide which one ( full and color).
