Skill Tomes and PvP Editions

I've purchased all three campaigns (and none of the PvP editions) so I can't test this personally. I was wondering, though, about how the new skill tomes interact with the PvP editions. Specifically, the skill tomes say you can learn any skill you unlocked on your account. Could you then, in theory, purchase the PvP edition of Prophesies, hunt down an Elementalist tome, and then stick Meteor Shower on your Factions character even if you can't go to Kryta with any Roleplaying characters? I've no intention of actually doing this, I'm just curious.

as long as it's unlocked, and your account has permission to use the skill, I don't see why not.
