PC on a tyrian stormbow

well, as in the title... the bow's stats are:
max dmg, req 11
lightning dmg
e+5

it's a tyrian weapon, so i guess it's kinda rare bow... can u find some price for it? i can upgrade it with hp+30 or whatever if it'll make its worth higher

40k~ or so, little more or less depending on luck. Don't add mods if you're selling, won't make much difference.
